About this course
This course focuses on the personal capacity required to lead effectively through sustained uncertainty, conflict, and institutional change. Radical Self-Love Leadership™ is defined as the disciplined practice of protecting the mind, body, spirit, energy, dignity, and sense of purpose necessary for sustained performance, relationships, and service. Participants explore psychological safety, boundaries, personal agency, resilience, recovery, and the Five Agreements of Radical Self-Love: doing your best, setting boundaries, centering what you can control, turning the flywheel through consistent action, and working in seasons of effort and renewal. The course reframes self-care from a private wellness activity into a leadership responsibility, helping participants remain grounded, courageous, productive, and capable of sustaining both themselves and the people they lead.
